Viewing your progress
When you log your hours, Track Your Hours automatically applies your license requirements to determine which hours count toward your totals. To view how those valid hours contribute to your overall progress, go to the Progress page.
Note: While the Hours page displays all recorded hours, the Progress page only displays valid hours. Valid hours are your recorded hours minus any hours that do not count toward your license requirements. To learn more, see Understanding recorded vs. valid hours.
On the Progress page, you’ll see your license requirements divided into the following categories:
- LMHC: Total hours, Direct contact with clients, Direct contact percentage

That depends on your license type.
For NY LMHC accounts, Track Your Hours may alert you if you have not logged:

For NY LCSW accounts, Track Your Hours does not send supervision alerts.
Where can I view alerts in my account?
If alerts apply to your license, you can review them from the bell icon on the Hours page. For more information, see Reviewing your alerts.
