With Track Your Hours, you have the option to log hours daily or log a total for the week. If you prefer to log your weekly total, you can enter the total hours on the Monday of the week that the hours were earned. Whether you log your hours daily or weekly, there is no difference in how they will be reported on the weekly logs and Experience Verification Forms.
California, New York & Texas Licenses
In the state of California, all LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs have the ability to log hours weekly. To do this:
- Navigate to the Hours tab
- Click Calendar
- Click a day under the Weekly Totals column
- Select a site and supervisor
- Enter your hours for the week
- Click Save & Close if you’re done adding hours, or click Save & Add More
Whether your hours are logged daily or weekly, they will be reported the same when you generate your weekly logs and experience verification forms.
Note: For Texas LPCs, LCSWs, New York LCSWs and LMHCs, the first and last days logged at a site are used as the first and last day of experience on your forms. We recommend logging the first and last hours at a site on the exact date they were earned. All other hours can be logged weekly.
