Can I track hours for more than one license?

If you already have a paid Track Your Hours account, we’ll waive the cost of your secondary account. After you create an additional account, contact our support team for assistance.
At this time, Track Your Hours is available for the following states and license types:
- California LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCCs
- New York LMHCs and LCSWs
- Texas LPCs
Note: We’re in the process of creating an updated Track Your Hours experience to simplify how you track progress on your pre-licensure journey. At this time, the new Track Your Hours experience is only available for Texas LPC applicants. If you’re in California or New York, you can continue to use our legacy platform to log your hours.
Can I use Track Your Hours to record other requirements, such as my practicum hours or continuing education?
No, Track Your Hours isn’t designed to track other requirements. You can use your Track Your Hours account to log hours toward licensure, and we’ll automatically apply requirements based on your licensing board’s rules and regulations for licensure.
Will my Track Your Hours subscription auto-renew?
Important: If you’re an LPC Associate in Texas who had a Track Your Hours account before January 4, 2024, your account will reflect your existing plan and expiration date, but it won’t automatically renew. When it’s time to renew your plan, navigate to your profile icon > Settings > Plan.
Yes, Track Your Hours offers a 1-year subscription that will auto-renew annually. To manage your subscription information:
- Click the profile icon > Settings in the top right

Note: To learn more, see our Pricing page. While the 2-year and 3-year plans are available for California and New York license types, only the 1-year plan is available for Texas LPCs.
What happens if my account expires? How can I access copies of my forms?
We recommend that you keep your account active until your hours have been approved by your state licensing board. This will make sure that you have access to log additional hours, generate new forms, or make other changes as needed.
If your Track Your Hours account has expired and you need a copy of your forms, you can contact our support team.
